I had the same issue and I solved it by opening the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article KB2173219 to manually install the AxInterop.AcroPDFLib.dll file.
Also, I noticed that there is a link to a working version of the AxInterop.AcroPDFLib.dll file in the KB article.

Many-Eyed Monster
"What if a car was only built to look good but a cell phone could record things and send pictures to the police?"
That's the question asked by the Detroit Free Press reporter who interviewed U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. following his infamous DUI arrest. Jackson's "many-eyed monster" comment that came in response is getting a bit of attention in the blogging community and I want to give him credit for taking on the task of the reporters.
Many of us have had our eyes opened over the years to the fact that the U.S. has a vast surveillance apparatus in place with domestic and foreign intelligence gathering agencies as well as the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Secret Service, the FBI and the U.S. Coast Guard. The Patriot Act and the National Security Agency have also been in the spotlight recently.
In response to the question, Jackson stated that people were "being used as objects of investigation and [were] being treated as suspects, rather than as persons to be protected."
He went on to say that if it was discovered that you had a cell phone, then you are going to be under investigation and it could lead to a long, long jail sentence.

Delphi: passing by ref the values of dynamic array elements (not reallocated)
I have a function:
function test(a: array of string; size: integer): string;
begin
...
I need to get the string values contained in the array, and when that's done, the string values must be checked as strings, i.e. I need to use regular strings comparison, not char's.
On that I was thinking: to copy all array elements to some dynamic array, use StrDup, then retrieve the original array elements and compare the strings as strings.
